Cooking and music, they go hand in hand right?
Nothing is more enjoyable in a work day for me than going in to work early, setting up the line and blaring music while I do so.

Been three years and I keep thinking to myself man I should write this down...
Each day a new adventure and or cluster fuck always changing.
I've been in the business now for over 8 years, it feels like 20. This summer I was burned more than I ever imagined I would be and from here on out I wanted to document the good the bad and ugly of owning a restaurant group
For starters each day there are new challenges, and how is it possible that they never seem to get any easier?
I dreamed of owning my own place, now I have more than one, is this the curse that drove so much money out the back door?
